    If you have toned upper abs but protruding lower abs…. It is probably due to anterior pelvic tilt.

    I'm struggling whit getting the healthy eating. I try it for months, it's been almost half a year. I lost some weight indeed but my belly keeps staying proud on my abs. I'm a skinny fat and this makes it way harder. I work 9 hours a day and I'm waisting like 2 hours on the road and shopping. I need to cook, exercise and sleep in the time I have after that. I'm just so damn confuse..and this is the harder thing.. 🙁 I'm stuck.

    you are crazy, seems like fitness is at fetish level with you, like if your man wouldn't exercise you'd dump him very quickly, that's the vibe i'm getting from you, almost to the point where even in bed you'd want to incorporate positions that require body strength and that's how you get off… tell me if i'm wrong

    I actually made a difference to how I looked without even realising it, just from cutting down my diet, I've actually come a long way from how I used to look 😀 But the hard thing is maintaining it, and I've kind of gone off that and I'm really annoyed at myself.
