Dette er anden træningsdag for mit 8 ugers træningsprogram. Denne gang kigger vi på noget træning med toiletpapir, for at vise jeg, hvor let det er at finde nogle redskaber fra hjemmet og hvor simplet, men hårdt det stadig er. GOD WORKOUT!
