The 10’s Beginner Workout (Body Weight Only)

I have had the request for an ultra simple, compeltely free, performable by all fitness levels workout for beginners so that’s exactly what I’ve done here! If you are someone who lits on a regular basis just skip over this workout but if you have just started or if you ever find yourself in a place where you have no gym to workout you can do this! This workout can be used to burn fat in conjunciton with a good diet, so if you need to lose weight try to up the intervals you do of this workout as many times as you can!

  9. dude youre doing hard weight pushups and lunges you for real you don't listen to who this workout is for, you want to hard stressful exercises that cause obese people to never want to exerciser again. Push ups do little to muscles except the shoulders , lunges are hard as that leave you sore afterwards , as if i will go back to doing them the next day if my legs are all hurt. Cmon i used to exercise alot but been working long hours in office for last 10 years, when i listen to your video i find it demoralizing if anything. Whats next pull ups too?

  29. Nice beginner workout , though I am not a beginner , but yes this could serve as a rather very good conditioning and warm up session for someone like me , who is at an advanced intermediate level. Thanks a lot buddy.

    i am going to hit the gym and its after a long time but this time with a gym plan , i have categorized my muscle groups as chest, back, shoulders, legs and arms (am i missing something here) so i want you to upload a video on these groups together for a beginner point of view and how many times of those exercises should be done to get an average shaped body in no time.

  35. I need help! 😛 I wanted to setup an own workout plan but something's not working like it should 🙁 it's either too hard or I'm doing something wrong…Let me explain to you my situation 🙂

    Currently I'm 21 years old and weigh about 108kg. My goal is to lose atleast 20 – 25kg. Also, I'm eating pretty healthy since almost a month now, that's not the problem. My workout plan is the following :

    Duration : 1h30

    Strenght training (musculation) includes :
    – 3 total sets with 4 exercises each
    – 1 Set is for the arms, chest and shoulders
    – 1 Set for abs
    – 1 Set for legs
    – Every set is repeated 3 times
    – Example : Set for the arms, chest and shoulders includes 4 Exercices ; Normal Pushup, Wide Pushup, Diamond Pushup, Triceps Pushup –> Every pushup exercice is repeated 10 times (10 reps) Then I do the whole thing another two times, resulting in 120 Pushups…I don't think I can't handle it…I'm already dead after the first rep of the set 🙁 But if I lower the number of reps I feel like I'm doing too less :/ Alright moving on!

    Cardio training (HIIT) includes :
    – 2:1 ratio (20 sec work, 10 sec rest)
    – 1 Set is made of 5 exercices
    – Set is repeated 8 times with 2 minutes of rest inbetween each set
    – this results in an almost 40 minutes long HIIT…what the f*** am I doing wrong?
