Hi guys! Here is my updated current workout / fitness routine for weight loss! I’ve been following Jen Selter’s six week booty and lower body building plan before my vacation to Hawaii to prep that bikini body! It’s really helped to tone and sculpt my abs, as well as build my booty and grow my butt! It’s alot of simple and easy at home workouts no gym required! I also brought you guys to the gym with me and gave you a walkthrough of today’s workout! This is perfect for people who want to lose weight but don’t have a gym membership! Hope you enjoy!

  1. Hey Nikki I'm such a huge fan of your youtube! I was wondering if you could make a video on people who are new to the gym !? I have a Gym membership at a Goodlife gym but starting out I always feel like I see no progress or lose motivation because of all the other girls at the gym who have much better outfits and body's……If you could maybe make a video of your opinion and when you first started out how you felt? it would be such a great help! thank you so much and keep up the amazing videos much love. xoxo
