THE WORKOUT:
1. Warmup!
2. Seated Dumbbell Press 4 x 10-12
3. Lateral Raises 4 x 10-15
4. Cable Rows 4 x 10-12
5. Lat Pulldowns 3 x 10-12
6. Low Rows 3 x 10-12
7. Rear Delt Flyes 3 x 10-15
8. Front Shoulder Raises 3 x 12-15
9. Bus Drivers?? lol – As many as you can
10. BONUS: Preacher curl 4 x 10-15
