  3. those burpee rows were cool.. the shorter duration allowed me to move up in weight too. i also appreciate the additional stretching at the end

    Thanks for making hiits workouts without any jumping.. It really allows my fiance to workout, which he hasn't been able to do for quite some time due to his plantar issues.. Hope you will do more of such videos! 💗💗💗
