    I've seen him doing parkour stuff and it's pretty impressive. That beeing said, his form in some of the more conventional exercises is not very good, and he also keeps cuting range of motion in almost every exercise. His trainer should correct those kind of beginer mistakes.

    We named the exercise from 1:49 in the video. We called it "no row". It's a fantastic exercise, but my buddy had the idea to add a standing bent over row at the end before you drop back down to start the next rep. Added just that little bit extra to the full body workout. 👍🏻
    Awesome job guys, it was just as challenging as it looked.
