    Really impressed with all the work you've put in but as someone who has also lost weight and goes to a gym every single day I just wanted to point out to help you that you should focus more on your form and less of how fast you're going or how quickly you get it done or whatever else is on your mind and you should really use the mirrors and watch yourself to correct your form because watching it in comparison to other people doing these types of workouts or any workout in fact your form is a little bit sloppy and I think you will probably start noticing even better results if you correct your form

I see that Mitch's eye got way better ! so glad. and for those people that criticised the way you work out , saying is not the right way, I know they are entitled to their opinion, but I wish they would try to do what you do and see how is not easy and you doing the best you can. you are such an inspiration. just going to the gym is an accomplishment.

  16. Love your videos but to be completely honest – I have a hard time believing that that waist is 53cm as you mentioned. It just doesn't look like it to me. I know girls at the gym who appear a lot smaller around the waist and they are at 58cm minimum. Would love to be proven wrong about this, maybe a pic with a measurement tape.

    Daam Rachel 😍 listening to dubstep while working out! I'm in love ❤️ Keep it up! Also watch out for your back when using the wheel, you should contract more your abs to keep your spine straight or even a crunch like form to prevent injuries.
