    1. When you're doing lunges, make the space in between your legs bigger.

    2. You could have used him as a weight when you were doing push-ups.

    3. If you're gonna do crunches don't do them like that. Holding your neck like that can damage it, and doing crunches only targets one of the muscles in your abs anyway . A better alternative is planks. You can add ankle weights and doing them certain ways can make them even more intense.

    When you do the lunges make sure to not let your knee go over your ankle. Having your knee over your ankle can damage your knees and it won’t give as good as an affect
