Day 2 – Legs

Front Squats – 5 Sets x 15/12/10/8/6 Reps
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts – 4 Sets x 12/10/8/6 Reps
Walking Lunges – 4 Sets x 10 Steps Each Way
Leg Extensions – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Hamstring Curls – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Seated Calf Raises – 5 Sets x 10 Reps
Abs: Accordion Crunches – 3 Sets x 20 Reps

    I used to do 40 walking lunges in a row with a 40 kg barbell. It gave results … along with a nasty cold. You really can get sick from working out too much. Luckily for me, the gym has gotten too crowded to do walking lunges.
