    Clarification on what muscles are actually being used:

    ***the floor exercise with the swiss ball is targeting the hamstrings
    ***Shoulder press with bar is working shoulders not back, specifically the posterior deltoids!
    ***seated row are working rhomboids
    ***cable pulls and lat pull downs are working the latissimus dorsi
