  2. I wish my area had normal gyms. These big chain "fitness" places are 90% treadmills. And there isn't much else.

    on the 12-10-8-8 are you increasing weight with each round? If so, like 5 lbs (each side)? Same weight on the final two 8 rep sets?

  10. If I'm doing cable front raises I prefer to use a straight bar rather than a rope because it looks less ridiculous

    Wow! That reverse upright row looks like a pretty effective post-delts workout.
    Is it safe to the shoulders though?

    Make sure you get plenty of calories in with these superset phases! Iโ€™m stuck on 3k calories at the moment because Iโ€™m off to Vegas soon but Iโ€™m certainly feeling the intensity and do get tired and hungry mid way through the workout

    Have seen many reverse upright rows in fail-compilations… and therefore i had a weird feeling doing them in the gym. But this gave me confidence ๐Ÿ™‚ ty
