My ABS & CARDIO Routine | Core Workout

Workout:
ABS
-Russian Twists 2 sets 25-30 reps
-Flutter Kicks 2 sets for 20 seconds
-Oblique Dips 2 sets 8 reps (each side)
– Starfish Oblique Hold 2 sets 15 sec hold (each side)
-TRX In & Outs 2 sets 10-12 reps
-TRX Mountain Climbers 2 sets 15-20 reps
CARDIO
-5 Treadmill Sprints
Intervals:
20 sec sprint
40 sec rest
-5 min uphill walking
Level 12
-20 walking lunges

    Is it bad to do cardio everyday? My husband and I just started going to the gym and we always start out with 10-15 minutes of cardio. It feels good I'm just worried I am going to lose my curves. Also how long do you work out in a day?
