  15. I blame uncomfortable shoes for my failure… yes, that sounds good. Sore feet caused by uncomfortable running shoes… 😀

  17. whenever i do this workout, my right foot hurts, it feels like a vein is gonna pop but when i touch it, it seems like a tendon, it hurts a bit too after jogging, and i dont wear shoes when doing this, but it does for jogging. any ideas?
