    I must say that I'm feeling muscles from my forehead down to my big toe…lolπŸ˜€! When I looked at these vids I thought ok these look easy and are going to take forever to feel like they have an impact on my body and be able to visibly see results…WRONG!!! I'm feeling and seeing results and I'm feeling muscles and slight soreness in areas that I never knew even existed!!! For 3 days now I've done the 7 day/minute drop a dress size twice, then the 4 min standing abs once follwed by the 7 minute pear shape once and last the 4 move breast lift workout then done! I'm on day 4 and on days 1 & 3 I've done a 20 minute brisk 🚢walk. I've got 4 more days of the same and will do the 20 min brisk walk on days 5 & 7. I took body pics on day 1 and can't wait to take a pic on day 7 for comparison! I'll add a post on day 7. Of all the workouts I've searched I must say Lucy's are sooooooooooo beginner friendly with bonified certified guaranteed to work!!! Lucy as we say in the US…you are the bomb .comπŸ˜€πŸ’ͺπŸ’ƒπŸ‘πŸ˜¬!!!!!
