  25. Hi, I'm a 16 relatively health girl and I keep attempting these exercises but every time I do I keep getting very sharp pains in my chest. Whenever I research this it always comes up with stuff about coronary heart disease which I know I don't have. I was just wondering if you have any tips to stop the pain?
