With the busyness of the holiday season, I know it’s not easy to stay on track with your workout plans and healthy eating.

In this video and related article, I give you an alternative workout plan to use throughout December.

This plan is split out, so you’ll never have more than 3 days on, without a days rest.

Each session is set at 25-35 minutes, so you have 120 minutes of ‘training’ each week, with a free activity day on Sunday.

This plan will see you through December without getting in the way of your family time and festive gatherings.

    December (2017) starts on a Wednesday. And you would have us doing a workout on Christmas day.

  2. Hey … If i gained 30 lbs in 5.5 months … This means i have fast or low metabolism …. Should i reduse my calories or stay the same
