Jon is plagued with a rare disease that leaves him incapacitated and bed ridden for most of the day and so to make the odds even tougher, Elle would be avoiding traditional weight loss advocates such as dieticians and gyms.

  3. Elle … Watching your story is beyond inspiring…. I noticed you advice your success is due to 90% diet and 10% exercise .. I know all diets do not suit all but can you advice how you portioned your diet per meal ie carbs and protein.. I know my diet is my biggest block in achieving goals
