    I loved this! Morning people can exercise and do an hour long HIIT etc. I am awake but not awake or stable enough to do anything like that. I just need gentle workout. This was it!! You are always on point! Thank you. If you can please do one more morning routine. 😀

    You honestly think the first excercise where you're supposed to lay down won't just make us sleepy again? You're talking about doing them early in the morning for god's sake. You can't tell people to lay down on the very first exercise…the advice should be to do some cardio (running on the spot or jumping jacks) first so we wake up. Not have us lay down again right at the beginning. I know I'd just doze off…
