    Thank you for this workout. I have recently stopped doing any upper body strength workouts as my Golfers elbow is getting so bad I was having too many problems. When i got the E-mail about this video coming out I thought I would give it a go as I thought it might work better for my elbow. It certainly seemed to, so I have now looked through for your other band workouts and can once again workout my upper body.

After how many minutes of low impact cardio(moderate intensity exercise) do we start burning stored body fat and how much of it do we burn(can that be calculated)?How can we target stored body fat without losing muscle?What are the factors that determine fat loss and what should be focused on(what should the plan be?)

    You guys are so amazing. Always a new video for me that I can do at home, since we have no gyms here. I also have to be up and dressed early for work. I get up 1/2 hr. earlier and do
    your workout at home. No going outside in 17 degree weather! I can't thank you enough. The winter is coming, and I can still keep up with my workouts with you guys. I never get bored, and I "feel the burn" all day and feel great about myself because my workout is done and out of the way. No gaining weight over the winter months because I can't get outside to fitness walk. I think I could go on and on but I won't! 🙂
