    , but I can barely do 1 squat, let alone 100! I had never heard of Yoga with Adriene – 30 days of yoga I can do!

  29. This year i"ll be using a normal agenda where i can put things i need to get done or to remember, to be honest, the usual bujo spreads are unnecessary for me

  32. one of the things I love about your channel Caitlin is that your bullet journal spreads and super easy for beginners and not too overcomplicated! so many BUJO channels have this ultra complicated pro spreads that are hard to recreate but yours are functional and work for everyone. great job, keep it up πŸ™‚ happy new year!

    if the menu planner smudges or erases, try possibly using wet erase markers instead of dry erase ones

    I'm currently creating a spread to track the blogilates ab challenge haha. I didn't know about the yoga challenge but I might do that too – it'd be a great way to get back into yoga for me. I love these spreads! They're simple yet also customizable πŸ™‚

    A tip for the dry erase stickers you used in the menu planner : Sometimes dry erase markers actually dry a bit too much on those things so if you struggle cleaning them just use a bit of nail polish remover and it'll be clean again very easy!
    Fantastic idea BTW!!

    You could use wet erase markers for your meal planner instead of dry erase. With the wet erase once they dry they won’t come off until you wipe them off with a wet paper towel.
