  3. I work 3 twelve hour shifts. I workout 3 days a week. But I do 3 full body workouts. It's working for me and I feel I can see better results

    3 30 second on 30 second off sprints on a bike or treadmill at the end of a workout is great to get some HIIT in without dreading your workout! 🙂

    Hey Krissy!! I love your workout split. I’m a nurse so I work 3 12 hour shifts a week and can’t seem to get myself to workout those days because I am so exhausted. My goal has been to hit the gym 4 days a week and I’m making it work most weeks or I’ll at least get 3 days in. Do you have any suggestions for a 4 day split?

    Hey, @Krissy how do you manage all that!? Cuz the thing is I'm pharmacy student n this is my third year n I just find it so difficult to maintain my body weight/exercising/study load all together at the same time! 😔
    I really like the way you do your vids n the way you're inspiring others (including myself) n also know you were studying law that's why I'm asking! Looking forward for you to reply or do some videos in regards! 😊

    I just incorporated a upper body cicuit in my routine and i love it 😍
    Never knew what to do on third upper body day, great way to target all the muscles in one workout

  23. I’m so glad you told us about your workout split Krissy because I’ve been worrying that I don’t train legs & glutes enough. I currently train legs & glutes 2-3 times per week depending on how I’m feeling and this feels good for me. But I know of people who train lower body a lot more often & I’ve been wondering if I should train lower more frequently, but what I’m currently doing feels right for me & this vid makes me feel more confident that I’m not under training, so thank you! 😊😘🙏🏻 Huge sigh of relief!! 😄

  28. So if your main goal is to build muscle but get a lean body avoid cardio? I feel Ive done so much cardio over the years and i still do not see the results i want and I feel it also inter feres with my strength training session. whats your opinion on that ?

    LOVE the fact you don’t do any cardio. I absolutely hate it also and never ever do it 👌🏽💁🏽‍♀️ weights all the way 😜 x

  30. Hey Krissy, I've noticed that you didn't mention to dedicate a special day for training chest.May I ask why is that? Are you avoiding to train chest as it seems that many women do? I'm an advanced Ashtanga yoga practitioner and also lift heavy.The idea in the yoga circles is that both are not compatible because building too much muscle disbalances the body and messes up with your flexibility,not to mention that it inflates the ego,but for me the combination have been extremely beneficial. Through lifting I've built good amount of strength which proved very helpful in some demanding yoga poses and as for the bigger muscles being on the way of your flexibility I didn't think that was the case for me. I find that I'm reaping benefits from both. I must say that you're one out of not so many from the fitness influencers who actually bother to prepare proper meals rather than throwing a pile of veggies and steamed rice out of a packet on a plate and call it cooking. That's a good effort! I think that you've got a Mediterranean vibe to you, you well could be Greek or Spanish.Pretty gal 😉
