HAVE AN IDEA….For some of you Guys who are trying to help us skinny people… how bout a video with machines that either best mimic the compound moves we need or can give the most bang for our buck in the gym? I know the free weights are best but for one, some skinny guys might be intimidated by them plus (most importantly) those areas, benches and work stations are usually occupied by "The Rock and By "Arnold", so the last thing we want to do, is to go over there with our skinny selves when we're not ready and can hardly benchpress anything…lol! Just a thought.

  7. I had tried a program similar to this for almost 6+ mo, yes I gained few muscles in chest and triceps but not what i expected. now looking for another program to have more focus on arms and hands since mine is way thinner than normal people in my size.

  9. Hi. I train for fat loss and have been working out since 5 months. I usually do split training like chest on Monday, Back on Tuesday and so on. Will this full body workout quicken the fat loss and help gain muscle more effectively than the workout I am doing currently.

  10. You need to do this at least 3mo to see honest gains unless complete beginner
