    Bananas work great. Sometimes I went to the gym without eating anything all day. I ate 2 of them. Usually when I don't eat I feel weak and low energy but they gave me good fuel. I read just one banana is enough for a 90 minute strenuous work out. Don't underestimate the power of Bananas they r killer

  6. Good vid. For my pre-workout food I always take greek yogurt mixed with chia seeds plus some fruits like rasberry blueberry, mango cranberry etc.. Plus I add some mixed oat with nuits.

    Do a video on what to eat before a test or a big exam for maximum brain function.

    I usually eat bananas and take omega 3 pills right before a major test
