15 minute low intensity warm up of choice
I like to do 15% incline walking on treadmill at 3mph

10 underhand row

    Hey Whitney! In lateral raises try to lift arms just above 45 degrees rather then all the way to 90 degrees. You’ll feel your shoulders way sooner

  33. Hey whit could you do a dos and don’t video demonstrating what to do and what not to do maybe in each muscle category. I feel like sometimes I have trouble with form and not feeling the right muscles working when doing certain exercises! Also just made a huge gymshark order can’t wait for it to come in!
