  6. day 1: wowzaa im exhausted! previous to this i was doing her 15min beginner workout, but i’ve done it for a little over a month (i was doing other workouts before that) and decided to do a HIIT one! it was very tough, but doing the beginner workout before starting this one made it easier. stay tuned for updates!🌙🌿🦋
