    hi,, i'm glad i found ur video,, i used to workout 30-60 minutes a day but now that i work i can't do that anymore cus when i go home i already tired, and i should do the cook, the tidy stuff or anything else.. ur exercise will not waste my time… have to try this…

  13. I would not suggest that women use 10-12 lb. weights. Her arms are muscular, and not in a good long and lean way. They are slightly bulky, and if this is the look you want, then go for it. I'm not at all hating on her, I'm just speaking from experience. All I wanted years ago were very long, lean, and toned arms. I picked up 10 lb. weights and got very defined arm muscles that eventually started bulking up. Took me three years to get them normal again. Try Tracy Anderson for feminine arms
