    I always end up starting my workout and it last 2-4 days but I never continue after that. I lose the motivation and I start to procrastinate. I always think what if I continued working out that time what would I look like now? I hope that I can keep this workout going! I’ll be keeping up updates

  3. I wish I could do this but I have kyphosis and if I were to do things like crunches and e xcercises that are similar my back would get worse 🙁

    I’m going to do this as I’m trying to loose weight. I will keep you updated.

    Monday(day 1): it was really difficult and require a lot of will power but I did it. I’ve done exercises like this before but man were they rough. Especially the last one on this day, it was really difficult for me. I did the elliptical for 30 mins, and walked home and had PE. I feel really accomplished and good with myself, this made me more motivated to keep going even though it’s hard.

    I’m 14 and 125lbs, my goal is 115lbs -120lbs. I will do this every day for 2 weeks because I’ve done some other workouts from Gabriella and the results are AWESOME! Instead of 30-60 min cardio I’ll do a yoga workout. I really recommend boho beautiful and I try her workouts daily as well. Will be updating my results every day! Wish me luck

  23. Soooo I’m going to try this everyday and hopefully update daily too! I’m a teen (lol), I’m around 108 pounds, I’m 5 feet tall, and I have a 30 inch waist. My number 1 goal is to have a 27 inch waist eventually 🙂 Ok, here we go!

    Day 1: ok, lot harder than I originally expected… but I still feel good for today.

    Aight guys so I'm doing this, please spam me if I forget to update! I am 14, 136 lbs and my goal is 120 by June/July. I'll be doing this for two weeks and we'll see what happens! I love Gabby's workouts so I have a lot of faith in this! I'll update my weight every Monday and any visual results when I see them!

    Day 1: Soooo I only found this late at night and I was like "ugh, now I have to do all new workouts" as I'd just finished my routine a few hours earlier! Buttt…. the workout were basically all the exact same one except I used a different arm one, so I just did the one in the plan a few seconds ago. The back fat one was killer but that's one of my problem areas so I'm glad it's working! I only did 15 mins of cardio today, but it was really intense. I ate kinda crappy also, I'll do better tomorrow! I'm also doing intermittent fasting (16 fast, 8 feeding period) from 11am-7pm. I've done the research and apparently it really helps with weight loss! Okay that was a lot, gnight! Feel free to ask me any questions!! <3 Liz

  35. What would you say is a good replacement for all the fish you're eating? I'm allergic to all seafood/fish so I was wondering what I could eat instead of salmon and shrimp
