  9. I have a bad knee injury but still wanted something I could do. I stretched my legs properly before and can say even with me not being the most athletic this workout was a good challenge….doable but not too easy. I am adding this workout into my normal 10 min of abs….gonna update you guys on how it's going later on

I’m an absolute beginner and I feel the burn in my lower back more than my abs, is this normal ? I can’t do a full 30sec in most of these because of the pain in my lower back it BURNS

Holy Toledo girl…that was killer! Thank you!

  18. I want to tell you guys this truly works! I started doing these exercise around three weeks ago and started at 27 inches, now im at little less than 25. It hurts like hell at the beginning, and it still does, but I love it. I've even tried some other exercises to speed up the ab process, but nothing else hurts anymore. I've only had about 4 rest days, you decide if you give up, I have that line in the middle of my core now.

  19. Fishcat says:

I'm an absolute beginner and can only get halfway through this with many breaks right now. This is the second time I do it and I'm really motivated to keep it up every other day until I can do it all with no breaks. Thank you for this 🙂 Love how easy it is to follow along

  20. Stoney Playz says:

This helped sooooo much just because im obese doesent it mean that i have to give up.

  26. f2r1n says:

Hi, I love your work outs however would you be able to create an AB workout for beginners where you walk the viewers through proper posture. I really want to do your workouts but I find it difficult as I don't want to end up hurting myself.

  27. Claire Brown says:

Love this workout!! 🙂 I might be just completely weird, but my back pops (like A LOT) when I do the "L" leg lifts. Do you have any suggestions for this??
