    I'm a 5'4" female and I weight about 180lbs. BMI said I was moderately obese and so I'm trying to lose weight so I can be healthier. BMI also says that a healthy weight for a female my age is about 100-120lbs, which means I need to lose about 60lbs. Does anyone have any weight loss tips for me?
