    every couple of months I decide that I want a flat stomach and II line abs. I am a skinny person, so the flat part is somewhat there in the morning :)) but I really need to work on the ab part too. And this time, for this summer.. I really want to make it work and not stop after the first week. :)) this is going to me my month!

    Alright.. so i decided to finally do something about my body so im starting today and i'll be updating (hopefully) everyday.. I know a lot of people say that and then stop but i promise i'll try to do my best. I might skip a few days and have a rest (im also going to be another workout from Chloe)

    Day 1: ✅ a total disaster tho lol. Im sweating so much and my breathing is ridiculous. Im honestly dying. I might have skip an exercise or two cause i was reaaally exhausted. I dont even think i was doing them properly but oh well.. its a start right 😂

    day 1-(weight) 53.4 kg
    I've never sweat this much in my life!! feel really good and loved this cardio workout!

  11. So I had 25 days before leaving on vacation and just thought I should try some of the workouts (not the whole program). I’m 20 years old from Sweden and wanted to tone my legs, butt and stomach. 💕 Since I’m still in university i don’t have time to workout for long periods of time so I’ll try to do one every day with a rest day once a week.
    Day 1: Did the HIIT workout as well as half the leg and booty, felt the ache!
    Day 2: Pushed myself through another HIIT and the other half of the leg and booty.
    Day 3: Leg and booty workout as well as half the 11 line abs workout.
    Day 4: Full body fat burn!!! And I felt the burn. The whole week I walked around with soreness in my whole lower body.
    Day 5: Had to take a rest day due to a trip.
    Day 6: also rest day.
    Day 7: back to working out, did the booty and legs as well as the first set of the HIIT.
    Day 8: Full body fat burn plus the HIIT, everything was burning after this!
    Day 9: Did the booty and legs, felt kind of tired today but I’m starting to see some results.

    Hey!!! I am 20, with a height of around 5'4 and weigh 54. I tried out your ab workouts, and I loved them. Now I am aiming for belly fat loss and my waist. This HIIT workout is the one I am currently following. I do keep a watch on what I eat, and I have my own simple cardio routine that I complete before your workout. Any more tips for me to achieve my goal please? And also,I can't really give more than 30 minutes a day, what with all my projects and stuff. So would this particular routine alone help me reach my goal?

    I came across this video today as i was browsing through loads of workout for abs and buns and legs for the upcoming summer (yes, it still pretty chilly in UK atm n summer seems so far away ahah) but I spend an extra hours in the gym for several Chloe's summer sherd video (I usually just went to the gym for classes) and geeeezeee my abs/arms/legs are burning!! and who doesn't enjoy that painful feelings after the gym and you knew you've done sth GREAT for your body! gonna do these for a month and will update the result <3

    Day 2:✅ Can't wait for Day 35! excited to see the difference 🙂

    Day 4: ❌ Rest DAY! Active Rest.. Who says you can't burn calories while shopping.. Spent 4 hours walking/ window shopping 🙂

    DAY 21: REST DAY.
    DAY 22: ✅ I have only 2 hours free time due to the busy shed. and I am so happy that I was able to do the exercise 🙂 just a fulfilling day for me.

    DAY 23: ✅ YEAH! Finish the 4 exercise! and I can really see that ABS now! Current weight: 53.2 kg
