    I'm doing this with ankle weights and resistance bands and the last part kills me every time. I love this workout (like every single other one of yours, Nicole), my booty is on fire and burning like hell 🙂

  23. My butt looked miserable after three pregnancies. I also have occasional sciatic nerve aches. Lady, these butt exercises are the best out there: they are intense; and the proper muscles are working out. Squats don't give me the same feeling. Besides, squats are not for those with week knees. Thank you from the bottom of my….. bu…., no, heart!
