    Watching the video it was looking so easy. And I watched for many times. But when I start doing it; it's so difficult and challenging especially the teeny tiny circles.

    Loved this! It was challenging but doable with a bit of modification at the plank section.

  19. I'm new to pilates, but this one was surprisingly good. I'll come back to it again.

  20. Great challenging workout but she has a problem with body parts and directions and sometimes contradicts herself which is a tad annoying. Bring your leg all the way up to your chest but not farther than a 90 degree angle from the hip. Waaaa? So now I just turn the sound off. It's working tho. I do it every day and feel and look great. 👍

    Damn, I'm really out of shape, but this felt really good. I guess I should work on my breathing and flexibility a bit more before jumping in completely. But I'm super excited about returning.
