  14. This helps my right shoulder from aching from my slight scoliosis in between my shoulder blades, my upper spine does a slight right curve. Nothing too crazy but it affects my right shoulder. I felt it really help when I was putting my arm against the wall to turn my hips and stretch it thank you ❤️
