    I had a somewhat exercising background but nothing in this video is extremely difficult, even for beginners. Besides, if you cannot complete the entire 3 rounds, do this exercise each day and see how you improve each day; though you should also have a balanced diet as then this entire thing would just be a waste of your time. If you ask me, I say look into carb cycling, it may help you achieve the body you desire with minimal cardio and not having to give up the foods you love.

    This is a great workout for truckers to do. After sitting all day this would make drastic health improvements for a lot of guys out there..including myself!
