    Awesome technique i noticed our lockout at the end is a little fast or not so much(just finished watching some Olympians demonstrate but other than that seems like an awesome task.

  3. i raced 3 times today. i won the race all the 3 times. It took me 2.54 mins to complete 500m. i rowed 1.5km today.

  6. Ladies you are not really rowing correctly. Try working on SPM. Keep that steady for at least 5 min. Try 16 SPM. It’s a lot harder than you think!
