    Cutting calories and exercise works as it is basic math but there is a healthier and much more efficient way to lose weight. High fat, very low carbs, moderate protein is the way to go! Don’t need to exercise vigorously to lose weight and wear out your joints. Including a host of other health benefits especially if you have certain diseases that tend to run in your family. The low fat, calorie control method doesn’t work. We are fatter than we have ever been. Taking in fat is the key to overall health and well being!
