    This felt so so good, literally my body been feeling like it’s aching. Am only 21 lol but I do attend the gym quiet a lot. Every exercise I felt a click, i didn’t sound to healthy but it felt so dam good 😂

  19. You have a short torso and long legs. What if someone has the opposite proportions with a long torso and short legs? Wouldn't some of those stretches be difficult for a long bodied person?
