  2. hi im quite slim and i do distance running, to be fair ive always been quite slim toned build and never fat, i think i have a high metabolism and put more weight on down lower section than anywhere else, i know sometimes people will say when you get to the 40s everything slows down and ill gain weight lol i don't think it's the distance running that makes me stay slim. i just wondered though as i see in 10k races where crossfit build people can run good times but in more distance like a half or full marathon they sort of 'die' and drop the pace back and this is where i seem to be better at long distance compared to short distances, it's like i have more endurance, i wonder if i try to work on upper body would it effect my marathon running, i normally won't bother with strength training just incase it effects performance at running.

  3. Tried this out today for the first time as someone who has trouble putting muscle on. What a burn oh my gosh😂. The habits I’ve formed wanted me to keep doing more but this workout is taxing without being too much. Thanks!

  5. So you do group one.. 1 time without rest between sets and go to group 2 and do the same. Correct?
