    I do this routine 2-3 times a week, along with some other forms of cardio during the week, in addition to my weight training.

  2. I just got a stair stepper and it works your butt way better than just going up and down the stairs. You get to focus more on your muscles getting worked when you are stationary and working hard. I love it.
