    hopefully it helps you guys a little bit too!

  12. Good video, but not every person next to you is "happy" to stop and help you figure out how to use the machine. Being a cute blond probably helps though.

    6:20 She said slow, which means more tension workout for each rep of every machines or weights. Also, she’s right, don’t care what people think, just do your best by making your goals of losing and getting muscles. No overweight!

    Perfect video! I recently bought a multi gym which has a lot of these capabilities and I was looking for someone to properly explain each exercise and its targeted muscle group. You did it so well. No jargon, no douchiness just gentle, good instruction. And you're super pretty so overall it made for an excellent video!

  28. This was great, thanks, been searching for "3 day weight lifting routine for women" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Seyliana Strength Salgado – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

  29. She's cute. I struggle with whether or not to stay old school and only train with a barbell.These machines are so sophisticated and have changed training.The way people train and their views toward fitness.
