    Omg this workout is AMAZING. I’m only on day 3 and the difference is hugeeeee. I use weight and resistance band to help me get result faster!!!

  17. Found you about 6 weeks ago and love the videos I’ve done so far, all lower body, and my body is changing and looking GOOD!!! Just did this video for the first time and used ankle weights.

  18. THANK YOU! I started my workout journey 2 months ago with this video and I remember literally dying when I did it. Now, everyday, I do HIIT cardio for 20 min, 30 min of dance and 30 min of heavy weight. I just re-did this workout: it was suuuuper easy compared to 2 months ago! Icant believe how far Ive gone! xx

  32. I saw a subtle difference within a week! My butt is rounding and getting a bit firmer 😍 makes me more motivated and excited to keep doing this workout and working out in general! 🤗
