    I wAs told NOT TO DO PLANKS while pregnant!! In any case, not after the 12 weeks mark. I was doing this and I’m on my 8th month of pregnancy and totally regret doing the planks in your routine…it causes Diastasis Recti, which is the separation of abs due to the pressure added to the abs while carrying a fetus…thats why some women end up having the “tummy tuck”, because they ruined their abs during pregnancy.

  3. I have done most of your other workouts and like always this was also wonderful. Not easy but not too difficult as well. I want to thank you that because of you I am working out regularly these days. I am in first trimester btw.

    I think this workout suits those who are really working out before pregnancy and have strong abs and all. Otherwise some of these are difficult as a prenatal workout and for beginners too. I was able to do most of it but am still complaining. Would rather do prenatal yoga by Lara Dutta.

  5. I'd been doing this workout 2-3 times per week from 2nd trimester till the end of my pregnancy (had to go easy with the squats and the lunges for the last 2 weeks to protect the loosing joints). Had a pretty easy childbirth: pushing for ~30min and the baby was out! Thanks Amy! I'm starting to follow your postnatal workout now.

    Thank you for your workouts. They are not insane and they can actually be done by regular, not so active moms as myself. I made it through half the workout today and I am excited to keep going and be a fit mom for my baby.

  12. Enjoyed this a lot–got heart rate up and some good muscle soreness but did not feel too winded or uncomfortable. Loved the modifications offered to tailor this to exactly where you're at on any given day.

    11 weeks pregnant with twins. My belly is already huge and I'm overweight. This workout was amazing! I went all the way till the floor exercises. It was very exhausting but made my whole body feel good! Thank you!

  18. I did your prenatal cardio I loved it. This video was a challenge but I loved it as well. I love all the modify workouts. Iam 17 weeks building my strength up that I have lost in my 1st trimester 😊

    This was easy yet challenging! 24 weeks! Have kept up on working out but the further along I get the harder it becomes. This was just right as today I had a mental block that I couldn't get past. 20 minutes tho? I got time for that!

  27. I've exercised up to the beginning of my third trimester at 28 weeks and im currently 38 weeks and barely doing this again after two months and whoooo im partly out of shape and very pregnant. Before this I was quite active though. Thanks to working out and walking a lot though I feel I didn't gain much weight over my pregnancy. I started at 131 and am now 151. Leaves me hopeful for all the other moms discovering their workout journey and motherhood. Take care of yourselves ladies. But don't be too hard on yourselves

    The cardio portion is definitely a good workout for pregnancy BUT doing push-ups and planks in third trimester is very bad for diastasis recti and could even cause it for those who don't already have it.
