    I LOVE lifting weights but i can only workout 3 times per week for 1h. So, i do 3X full body workouts and my body has completly changed. Lov u queen Carly💖💋

  3. I'm doing most of this already, so at least I'm on the right track! WHEW! But I love the tip about making a weekly goal… I'm going to pop that into my diary starting this week. Should help add a bit more motivation! Also, 2 of my besties, who are on their own fitness journey, and I reach out a few times a week to each other to help, ask each other how we're getting along, or to just cheer each other on…. it's such a nice "team approach". We may each be doing different workouts and focusing on different goals, but it makes us feel like we are in this together. XX

  7. I normally just do random ab or thigh workouts when its night, like bicycle crunches, crunches, burpees, etc
