    I have used this video twice and have realized that wood is more flexible than I am. Through your routine I am hoping to change that. I didn’t realize how incorrect my posture was and how much of a difference it makes in a stretch.

    The part where I had to lay flat on my back, it gave me a back spasm. If I lay on something hard or if I even lay on my stomach, I get a back spasm. I'm doing these stretches to fix my back problems but they're giving me back spasms.

    Once I got finished with this I felt so relaxed 😌
    I’m working on my flexibility ever since I was actually able to do the splits but every time I did the splits it always hurt my torso when I got back up. It made me feel super relaxed! Thanks!

  32. Am I the only one who doesn’t get any stretch whatsoever out of 7:58? It’s just as comfortable as sitting down normally, and I’m totally inflexible…?
