    I am sorry even though these recipes are great you really need to stop pulling nutritional facts out of your behind…. I am sorry to break it to you but there is not that much protein in your meals as you make the viewer believe… For example black beans "per 100g 21g of Protein"that is not even close to the truth its more like 9g…. Please stop lying to your audience I have seen other recipes of yours and you keep pointing out the high protein and it is not true…

    Hi can I ask about eating EDAMAME BEANS from frozen? I thought they were dangerous eaten raw? The bags I've purchased state DO NOT EAT RAW.

  8. Your recipes looks absolutely amazing! However, in many vegan recipes, there seems to be a lot of ingredients in these meals, lunches, breakfast etc. I wonder if it's healthy to add so many ingredients in our food and give so much information to our system to deal with( especially in the morning) . Are they giving us energy or do they make us heavy due to digestion process? I prefer keeping my meals simpler, but I would like to hear your opinion, because I am not specialized in nutrition field.

  13. Not going to lie, I originally thought these vegan videos were BS. But it's time to change my life and health. My main concern is that a lot of vegan meals have high natural sugars and I'm a T1 Diabetic. Any other diabetics here and what do you do to work with the sugar intake?

  20. 3:30 "Black beans, per 100 grams has 21 grams of protein in them".
    Pulled that figure out of your arse, more like 7-9 grams or protein per 100 grams.. Unless you have magical black beans we don't know about..
    Also, what else is incorrect?
